Working Principle of Fresh Corn Kernel Winnowing Cleaning Machine

Corn Kernel Materials go from the hopper, conveyed by flat belt into separator inlet; simultaneously, The wind blasts from bottom to up and winnowing separating whole corn kernel. The Leaf, Stem and Impurity will be blown out from the debris outlet. the final cleaned whole corn kernel products is blown out from the material outlet via ventilating duct. Wind power can be adjusted according to the corn kernel condition.

Rotary Drum Type Corn Kernel Washing Cleaning Machine is a specially designed machine for washing corn kernels. It can remove debris of the corn kernel, which is mixed with the threshed corn kernel.

Rotary drum type corn kernel washing machine is composed of debris removing tank, separating drum and circulation water device. After the corn kernel feeds into the washer inlet, the sweet corn kernel goes into the debris removing tank evenly under the function of water flow. In the debris-removing tank, the first groove is for heavy debris. by adjusting the water flow, make the debris heavier than sweet corn kernel sinks into the bottom. The second groove is for light debris. After sweet corn kernels go into the separating drum, the first outlet separates broken sweet corn kernels, insects, husks, and partial sweet corn hair; the second outlet discharges fine sweet corn kernels, which go to further processing; and the third outlet discharges broken sweet corn cobs.
