Structure of Automatic Sweet Corn Thermoforming Vacuum Packing Machine

1. Bottom Thermoforming Film Feeding System: Ensures precise installation and stable operation of the bottom film without deviation. Automatic unwinding devices for the bottom forming film and top sealing film, equipped with guide shafts and linear bearings, with gravity tightening system for evenly stretching the films to prevent wrinkles.– The maximum diameter of film rolls is 350 mm.– The shaft comes with a pneumatic release device for film roll loading and unloading.– Thermoforming film roll core diameter 76.2 mm/3 inches (inner diameter).

2. Thermoforming System: The forming workspace ensures fast, accurate, and complete molding of the base film. The bottom film thermoforming system is one of the core parts of the thermoforming packaging machine. A reliable thermoforming system plays a vital role in the quality of the final packages. 3. Loading Area: Supports manual loading or integration with automatic filling equipment (e.g., fillers, multi-head weighers) for automated feeding.
4. Touchscreen & PLC Control: Allows most machine settings and operations via the touchscreen, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. 6. Vacuum Sealing System: The vacuum sealing workspace guarantees high vacuum levels and fast, secure sealing quality. 8. Cutting System: Typically, a transverse cutter performs horizontal cuts first, followed by a longitudinal cutter for vertical cuts, then outputs finished products. For special cases (e.g., rigid films or unique packaging requirements), an integrated die-cutting system completes the process in one stroke.
